Step 2: Apply For Membership  (easy as 1-2-3)

Our membership application form is very easy and non-invasive of the personal information you wish to keep off the internet.

1.  Click on the JOIN button at the top middle of the browser.  

2.  Select your membership type. 

3.  Complete the application form.

Please note "*" indicates that this information is required. You will be required to provide your Sex, First Name, Middle Initial, and any consecutive 4 digits that appear on your drivers license or Social Security Card.  After you have completed the form, click APPLY.   

NOTE: Membership Applications may take from 1 hour to 3 working days to approve, depending on the type of membership being applied. Once Date Check approves your application, you will receive via email an acceptance message that will include a confirmation of your Date Check Membership ID. 

Date Check's Membership ID is created from your personal information supplied.   For example : John K Smith chooses to use 4 consecutive digits from his Social Security Number. His SSN is 123-45-6789. John's Date Check ID will be JK3456M. The last character "M" designates John's sex as male.  (NOTE: "F" is female and "A" is agency) The membership application doesn't require much personal information at all.  This assures maintaining your anonymity. 

* Each membership type requires different information from others.

* If a member does not have a middle name, they will need to use the first initial of their last name.
